Pirates of The RP

The wind was blowing south, he could smell it around him. The sun was barely up, dawn, but the sky signaled the beginning of the sun rise. And the he would be able to witness its beauty. The young captain waited at the hem, behind the wheel, he wad steering the boat to the next town, he heard the governor there was being a duchbag and he wanted to pay the guy a visist. Anyway, the crew wanted some action, steeling from stuck up bast** and giving charity to the poor town.

Sounds like the old Robin Hood right? Well the captain wasn't a cold hearted person. He wasn't in for the women or the booty. He was made a pirate against his will, but now he couldn't run away. Instead of taking up a cruel life of pirating, he'd use pirating as a way to help, even if others don't see his methods as such.

Captain Bones, that was the captain of the ship, The Malstrom. Foot steps sounded behind the young, 25 year old captain and he turned his head.

(are you going to capture me or am i already captured?)

The sun was rising beautifully from the horizon, like a blazing fire in the east. Silouetted against it, the first mate could see the captain at the helm. Glancing around, he made his way to the captain. As he walked up behind him, the captain turned. "Good morning" the first mate said, saluting the captain and proceeding to stand beside him, gazing out across the sparkling water.

He looked quite calm and serene, almost harmless, but anyone who knew him knew better. He was one of the reasons their ship was feared on the high seas. He could be extremely congenial and nice... but piss him off, and you'd find your ship sinking to the bottom within five minutes with yourself tied to the mast. He was a ruthless killer when necessary... and a great cook.

"The men are ready for the attack. I doubt it will take long to finish what we came for, they're eager for a fight" He spoke in a very matter-of-fact tone, as if it was nothing new that they would be storming a city within the next hour or so and killing the governor.

A young female was just getting up for the day. She had strawberry blonde hair that was wavy. Her bright blue eyes sprakling her eyes were as blue as she carribean sea. as she woke up she sighed the maid walking int he room and opening the curtains letting the light shine in her room. She groans then sighed getting up. The maid smiled to her. "Good morning Miss." She hurried off to grab her a dress for the day then helping her change. "Miss Your Father, The Govener is waiting for you downstairs."

The girl smiled before making her way down stairs then going to eat breakfast. Nibbling on her bread then taking a sip of milk. "Good morning Father."

"Mornin", Captain Bones said to his first mate. The first mate was a feared man, the second most feared man on the Maelstrom. Under the captain, the first mate was the last person you wanted to piss off. And when both the captain and first mate were pissed, you were gonna be shark bait faster then you could say help.

The captain took a telescope and looked out into the horizon, where the land, town could be seen. He spoke without turning to his first mate. "Prepare the men to raid. But you are to make clear, no civilians shall be harmed. We are targeting the governor of the town, that is it. If anyone diobeys my orders, throw them overboard. Make sure part of the crew stays behind to launch cannons at the governor's place, we'll make them run for their powdered wigs.", he said as he continued to look ahead.

They were going to attack the next town because the governor was corrupt and starving his people. Once Bones got word, he set sail to the town. He was wearing a loose, white button up that was open at the chest, where his tattoo could be seen, and a nice embroded jacket was draped over his shoulders like a cape. "No deaths. I don't care if blood is shed but no one better be dead when I find out. Pull out when you're ready.", he said as he turned and walked back into his cabin to rest. He wasn't going to raid, his first mate would lead the crew on land.

"Aye sir" he said in his smooth voice, a slight grin hinting on his lips. He turned on his heel and walked back to where the crew was waiting. He laid down the rules for them and presented the plan and once he was sure they had all gotten it memorized in their grog soaked little minds, he dismissed them to their ready positions. He straightened his black shirt, which seemed to be out of place on this ship, a little too... formal for a pirate, and the white cape held by an ornate chain around his neck gave him an aristocratic look. But the scar over his left eye that curved around onto his forehead, and his short but unkempt hair contrasted sharply with the clothing.

Another grin appeared as the ship rode up to port. Not an alarm was heard in the town surrounding... they all knew what was going on. With a silent signal, Weis led the attack. Among others he was called Devil Claw, though unfittingly he never used his hands directly in combat. But some said he was as much a spawn of the devil as Ol' Captain Bones, a fighter so fierce that no one ever bested him. He was trained in a great fighting art that involved kicking and swordplay, a deadly combo. They said he could send a man flying with the flick of his toe. But for now, the goal was not blood, it was freedom for the people.

The mansion neared and he ordered the men to pull in for a quick charge through the door.

Evangline was sitting at the breakfast table eating and drinking her tea. She was unaware of the hardship's the towns people were suffering. Her father had forbidden her from ever leaving her home. She sighed as she sipped some tea then jumped dropping her tea cup to the floor where is shattered. men at just broken down the door they looked angry and were glaring at her Father. Evangline Jumped to her feet and let out a blood curling scream then ran her neat hair beginning to come undone from her bun she slipped into a closet a place she hid in when she was a child and pressed herself against the wall shaking violently.

The crew had landed and immediately ran onto land, silent, not wanting to alarm the guards just yet. Once they were in position, they struck. They yelled out, and with their cries, came the explosion from the cannons as the men on the Maelstrom fired cannonballs towards the governor's place. They all smirked, yeah just as Cap'n Bones said, they would make the royalties run for their powdered wigs alright.

The civilians in town saw the hoisted flag of Cap'n Bones' ship and some cheered. He was considered a good man among the civilians, one who would bring them what they deserved, good food and their rights as people to be treated as common folks, and not dirt under the governor's feet.

Some of the crew ran directly to the governor's home, knocking out guards that blocked them. They took down the door with just their bodies, huge bulky men stalked into the room. Maids screamed and butlers paled and fainted on sight. The crew jeered at the sight.

They looked towards their second in command, Weis for orders. "Do we force the governor Weis? Or shall we join him for afternoon tea?", a bulky and muscular crew man asked.

Then one of them, the bosun, saw the girl run into the closet. The girl had screamed at the sight of them and the guy sneered at her, and took a step closer to her hiding place. "Well well, hullo missy. There's no use hidin' missy. Come out from there, we won't bite. We just need a little word with your old man ain't that right Lieutenant?", the bosun asked Weis.

Weis walked in calmly, only managing to make everyone more intimidated. He grinned as he walked up towards the Governor. "Lets not make this messy boys. How about do a little... convincing first" He pulled out a rope and held it out to one of the crew members to tie up the governor.

"Well well, hullo missy. There's no use hidin' missy. Come out from there, we won't bite. We just need a little word with your old man ain't that right Lieutenant?"

He turned to the others. "Leave her be. Our business is with her father, not with her" He paused for a moment. "On second thought, bring her out here as well. Her father needs to give her a proper explanation as to why this is going on. But if you hurt her in any way, you'll find yourselves flying"

Evangline peeked from the Closet then shaken slowly exited Noticing they were fater her Father. She screamed again and threw herself on him. "no no you must not!" She was holding so tightly onto her Father her Knuckles were burning white. Evangline Kept herself strong and if needed she;d kick and fight. She wasn't letting them take her father. She had already lost her mother and brother she wasn't going to Lose him.

Evangline with a spur or excitment jumped up and whipped around shoving The first mate from her Father then grabbing a few tea cups and throwing them at the crew screaming as she did so.

One guy caught the rope and quickly scooted over to the fat governor, fat from all the hording while the people he reigned over were famished and emaciated. Then the girl ran from her closet and ran to her fat father.

"no no you must not!"

The bosun smirked. "And who's gonna stop us lassie?", he asked. "Certainly not you.", he added.

"Leave her be. Our business is with her father, not with her" He paused for a moment. "On second thought, bring her out here as well. Her father needs to give her a proper explanation as to why this is going on. But if you hurt her in any way, you'll find yourselves flying"

The guy who tied the governor, his name was Took, but he's pretty insignificant now. He turned to the lieutenant. "Are we bringing her along with us? It'll be a nice change having a lovely gurl around the ship, bet Cap'n would like that too. Whadaya say Weis?", he asked as he started walking towards the girl and her fat father.

Evangline Glared at the man then spit on him beforeglaring again. "You flithy Urchin stay away from me Put on finer on me and..and I'll hurt you yes I will I'll hurt you." Evangline tossed another tea cup at the crew remaining infront of her Father. She was Angry and scared out of her Mind. A Maid was screaming and satring at Evangline In Horror.

The Govener at shrunk back behind his daughter. He was scared and he knew this ay would come. But why shoudl those flighty town's people get food when there supplies were growing thinner. He shrunk back more he felt bad for having his daughter protet him. But it's better her then him.

Weis hardly budged when she shoved him and he grumbled as she started causing trouble. He reached under his cape and pulled out another rope, untying the ends and taking the end of the rope in one hand. When she stopped moving, he lept. In one swift motion and before anyone could possibly react he tied her up to where she wouldn't cause any more trouble. He dusted off his hands and stepped back casually. "Now then, I suppose you don't understand the severity of the situation young lady, so I'll explain seeing as your father is content to let you be his sheild rather than tell you" He hissed the s on shield with a grimmace of disgust. How could a father be so heartless?

"Young lady have you been outside lately? Or indeed at all" he paused for a moment at the window. "How much do you take for granted your precious food? Three meals a day correct?" He paused and suddenly tore the curtain down to show the crowd outside. Their jeering faces peered in as the curtain came down and they let out a cheer, their emacieated body's showing through their tattered rag clothes. Their ribs could be seen on their chests and many had waists so thin you could fit two hands around them. He turned back to the governor and his daughter. "Do you see them now? Do you see what this glutton has done to his people!?" He glared at them and motioned to the people behind him.

Evangline trashed about as she was being tied up up but it was obviously no use. She glared then when he opened the curtain She gasped her eye's widening. "b-but..he wouldn't...he.." She paused then turned to face The first mate. "And then how are you any different!? Killing him for his crimes!? Your hurting a Family! Your no different then he is you arrogant fool." Evangline Spat on the first mate still glaring. She could hate her Father but she sure as hell wasn't going to let them kill him.

He shrunk further back. "No evangline please.." He paused then relaized she wasn't going to stop. He sighed, "OH For God Sakes Let me make then easier for all of you. Evangline quit your crying your like an Infant you first mate just kill me."

Evangline's eyes widened. "Wha!? No father!" Suddenly one of the crew workers Lunged and Roughly Dragged her back. "Mr,Wies I'm Not hurting her. I'm taking her to the Captian..She's causin to much a trouble sir. And The Captain can deal with her." He Nodded to the First mate before Lifting her up and hoisting her over his shoulder then Walking off to the Captian.

Evangline screamed then trashed about pounding on his back wiggling like crazy.

Weis stopped the man for a moment to say one last word to Evangaline. "On the contrary, one life to save many is an honorable cause. But I haven't killed him yet. My orders were to prevent bloodshed from happening and that's what I intend to do. If he agrees to my terms he will be able to live" He sent the man on to the captain with Evangaline and turned to the Governor. "Now then. It seems you may indeed have at least some mercy in you for offering your life instead of your daughter's so perhaps we can persuade you." He bent down to where he was level with the Governor. "We will allow you to live if you if you promise to let us decide the governing force of this country"

He stood again and paced a bit. "Now we will not remove you from your position. You will still hold the title of governor, but a predetermined governing body decided by us will take the actual power. We have faith that the men we have chosen will govern this area much better than you are able to and if they don't, we can always return and remove them" He stopped and looked at him, waiting for a response.

The governer watched as His daughter was carried off then looked up at the one they called wies. he sighed. "I'll do as you wish just do not hurt her." He was glaring slightly but obviously he was still cowering. The govener stared at The first mate before straightened him self his big belly sticking out.

Evangline contuined to trash all the way untill the crew member had dropped her on her bum right infront of the Captain. He saluted the captain before speaking. "Captain Bones this here girl is the Goveners daughter she was causing trouble pushing and throwin cups. It'd be best if she stayed here untill ol' Mr.wies was done." He Held his breath waiting for the Captains reply.

Weis grinned and motioned for the men to take him to the Council chamber where the new council would meet him shortly. As they carried him off he thought of something else to add. "Oh, one more thing. we have to be certain you will keep your promise so, as such, we will be keeping your daughter for collatoral" He grinned "Don't worry she'll be kept perfectly safe, I'll make sure of it"

With that he turned on his heel and marched out the front to greet the crowd. They cheered as they saw him but he silenced them with a wave of his hand. "People. The oppressive reign of the Governor is at an end" more cheering, silenced again with a fluid motion of his hand and a smile. "As of now, we are putting in place a council provided by ourselves to govern the country as it should properly be. As their first action, a feast shall be held for all citizens in need of food" With that such cheering erupted as could not be silenced and he smiled, doing his best to speak over them "We thank you for your support in our actions and wish you the best." with that he marched off back towards the ship with the men.

"Captain Bones this here girl is the Goveners daughter she was causing trouble pushing and throwin cups. It'd be best if she stayed here untill ol' Mr.wies was done."

Bones looked up from looking at a map. He saw the member and the girl. He stood up abruptly and asked for the situation. The member gave him the details and how the father mercilessly watched his daughter get taken away. Bones scoffed. He turned to the member, telling him what to go back and tell Weis.

A crew member ran and went to Weis. "Sir, Cap'n sent me to tell you. The governor can remain in his role, but in 1 month, Cap'n Bones will come back to check on his progress. If the town is still in shambles as it is now, the Cap'n will give no quarters on him. If he improves, he'll let him be. That's the Cap'n's words Weis.", the guy said as he watched for the lieutenant's reaction.

Bones took one look at the girl, and he turned away, dragging her onto the deck with him from the Captain's quarters. "Remain silent until the crew comes back. Then we can discuss what to do with you.", he said coldly as he kept his hold on her arm.

"Get your Hands off me!" Evangline jerked her arms away. ""I Haven't done anything wrong! I'm Just trying to Portect my only Family but you. Your trying to kill him!" Evangline glared at them a long while before slowly beginning to back away. "This Is ym First and Last encounter with you Lunatics. I'm leaving now and if anyone so much as makes a move to stop me there'll be plenty blood shed and it won't be mine!"

Weis paused where he was. "Very well, Inform the governor of the situation immediately and untie him please." He continued to the ship as the man ran up to the governors mansion. He soon arrived at the ship and the crew with him let out a cheer, boarding once more. Weis immediately turned and walked to the captain's quarters to speek to him. He walked through the door without knocking, knowing the captain would be expecting him. He paused, seeing the Governor's daughter there, then proceeded as if nothing out of the ordinary was going on.

"Captain I recieved your message and sent the conditions on to the Governor. He's being untied now, but I still recommend we leave behind the appointed council to give the people hope. I had already promised the people it would be put in place so we must make it appear it is so. Also, this young lass" he motioned to the girl "Is to be kept as collateral to make sure he sticks to his promise" He waited for the captain to speak, making sure to stand in the doorway so Evangline could not escape.

The remaining crew released the governor and told him of the conditions warning him of their return in one month.

"Get your Hands off me!" Evangline jerked her arms away. ""I Haven't done anything wrong! I'm Just trying to Portect my only Family but you. Your trying to kill him!" Evangline glared at them a long while before slowly beginning to back away. "This Is ym First and Last encounter with you Lunatics. I'm leaving now and if anyone so much as makes a move to stop me there'll be plenty blood shed and it won't be mine!"

Bones rounded on the girl, his left visible green eye sparkling dangerously next to his right which was covered by an eye patch. "Watch your mouth on my ship girl. Or you won't be leaving in one piece.", he said as he glared at her. The crew was silent, knowing they would be the one recieving the captain's wrath if they interrupted. "Your father is fine, so stop screaming your head off or you'll have no head.", he added.

Bones turned to Weis and nodded his head. "Pick 5 trusted men. They shall be the council that will be here for one month. Leave them enough food and supplies. Once you're done, haul anchor.", he said and then turned to the girl. "Weis, who is this?", he asked as he eyed the girl.

Weis was about to turn to go choose the men when he asked the question. He turned back to the captain. "This is the Governor's daughter Captain. She was causing some trouble back there so the men brought her back to keep her out of the way and now we've decided she'll be what binds the Governor to his promise. I recomend we lock her up till she learns to cooperate" he turned to go, speaking over his shoulder. "But please, be gentle, I don't take well to people mistreating women" He proceeded to pick five of the crew who were most trusted, then offloaded supplies for them and sent them off with his best wishes. With that, they hauled up anchor and left. No ceremony, no goodbye, like a shadow they just dissapeared.

"I'm Evangline" She spoke between clenched teeth. And with One quick movement She had herself untied and Smacked Captian Bones. "You call yourself a Gentleman keeping a Lady hostage! How dare you." Evangline was bold but scared she Turned to Face Wies glaring at him then attempting to shove past him.

"This is the Governor's daughter Captain. She was causing some trouble back there so the men brought her back to keep her out of the way and now we've decided she'll be what binds the Governor to his promise. I recomend we lock her up till she learns to cooperate" he turned to go, speaking over his shoulder. "But please, be gentle, I don't take well to people mistreating women"

Bones gave a grunt, acknowledging Weis' words. He stared at the girl. Then whoosh, she leapt and he saw her hand run across his face, but he didn't feel her slap. He blinked at her and raised a hand to scratch his cheek, apparently where she slapped. He looked at her.

The crew that was watching through the door gasped. "Blimey lady she's mad!! She slapped Cap'n Bones!! Yer mad lassie!! It's Davy Jone's Locker for the lot of us!!!", the men shouted at each other as they backed away from the captain's door, scared for their lives.

"I'm Evangline" She spoke between clenched teeth. "You call yourself a Gentleman keeping a Lady hostage! How dare you."

Bones was quiet for a moment, then he started chuckling, then his chuckling turned into laughs. He laughed at the thought of a girl slapping him, even though he didn't feel it. The crew shuddered in fright, the only time when the captain laughed, was when he was about to hurt somebody or something bad was going to happen. Bones glared at the girl, merth in his eyes. "Girly, I never called myself a gentleman, none of us are as you are on a pirate ship, not a fancy ball where the men will heed to your every whim. Hahaha! You're the first one in 8 years to lay a hand on me!! But you call that a slap, I barely felt it! Open your eyes girl! You're on the Maelstrom, and there's no escape!", he said as he towered over the smaller girl with his huge and tall frame.

He heard the crew shouting and the anchor was hauled and they drifted into the middle of the sea. He turned to the girl. "There's no escape for you. Behave and you might be given a meal.", Bones said as he walked past her, telling a crew member to watch the girl. He walked to Weis. "You're in charge of her for the time being. Make a route to Batuga, our town, we need to pay a visit.", he said to his first mate.
