I would prefer the information on the character to begin the story to be minimal to nonexistent, much like it would be in a typical manga. Provide only an image, or physical description. As the story continues, you can add details as you present them in the roleplay into the character sheet so we can keep track of them.

Basic magic info: Tarot magic.

Personality: Asir is very outgoing and handles any situation deftly and diplomatically. When in unfamiliar situations, Asir tends to drop into a formal speech and actions, especially when dealing with new cultures or planets. He is cautious in his dealings with new people, seeking to not offend anyone. When at home and in the castle however, he is very relaxed. He considers everyone in the knights to be family and friends and speaks to them in a familiar tone, with the exception of the High King Reks (Although Reks constantly urges him to not be formal with him).

Tarot Magic Details: Each Card in the Tarot Deck has its own effect. Some are used for battle, some are passive. The Tarot Mage can physically manipulate these cards and move them around, and using his or her own magic, activate their effects. The effects as they are known so far are listed Below.

Cups Suit:
Each of the cards in the cups suit has the same effect. They are all used to store the user's magical energy. The amount that each card stores doubles as the rank increases. The amounts are listed as follows.

Ace: 100 lumens
Two: 200 lumens
Three: 400 lumens
Four: 800 lumens
Five: 1600 lumens
Six: 3200 lumens
Seven: 6400 lumens
Eight: 12800 lumens
Nine: 25600 lumens
Ten: 51200 lumens
Page: 102400 lumens
Knight: 204800 lumens
Queen: 409600 lumens
King: 819200 lumens

Therefore, the maximum storage capacity of all of the cards together is 1,638,300 lumens. An immense amount of power, far beyond the capabilities of any mage to store in their own body. Of course, the magic stored in the cards must be put there by the mage using them. There is a leak of power from the cards, so after a day or two, even the largest capacity card will have lost its charge.

Sword Suit:

The cards in the sword suit, when magical energy is put into them, transform into various weapons. Each of these weapons has their own effects and imparts powers to the wielder. The various known cards are listed below.

Ace: Highwind, The Acrobat. Speed, agility and evasion are boosted, and acrobatic abilities are gained. It takes form as an epee with an ornate and gilded hand guard.

IV: Gladius, the Raijin-spear. Gives the user use of lightning and gains effectiveness during storms. It also imparts strengthened abilities with the legs including kicking and jumping. The weapon takes form as a polearm.

V: Bolos, the Silver Rhino. Strengthens the user and utilizes explosive magic to increase its impact damage. It takes form as an oddly shaped broadsword.

Wand Suit:

The cards of the wand suit each have their own spell that is cast when the card is invoked. The spells are of varying power level and lumen cost.

VII: Omega Rain. Fires a number of dark based projectiles that draw in objects and enemies before impact. The amount is called out in the invocation when the spell is used. Example: "Omega Rain: 50 fold".

Lol would it be weird if both of our characters have the same color hair?

Apparel: An almost skin-tight technosuit that covers everything from her ankles to her wrists. Black base, brown joints, tame orange decor.



General: Very intelligent and observant. Tends to be a little affluent at times. Anything to do with the taint greatly interests her, and rightly so. Her specialization is research on the taint, which she has devoted her life to in order to save her dying planet. Her planet of Pani lies among the Valence worlds and has been fighting the taint for the past 300 years. It has been a losing battle, and when Vi'irma was born, there were only 6 others of her kind left. By the time she left, there was only one other. Their world was one of great technological advances, all of which were stored in a great library beneath the safe haven of their town. She wishes now, with the knowledge of the probable demise of her people, to pass this knowledge on to the rest of the universe.
