Topic: Jury nullification is a just check on the government
I am doing the Neg case but I need a value I was thinking unconstitional but then what could be my value criteria??

It's giving the jury too much power. It allows them to nullify any document they see unfit but there are no checks on it so they don't have any limits on what they can nullify. Is that what you needed?
